Savills hires Chinese capital markets specialist

Savills continues to strengthen its cross-border investment team with the appointment of Lexi Guo who joins as a Chinese capital markets specialist in the firm’s Margaret Street head office in London.
Lexi has extensive experience working with high net-worth individuals and corporate clients in China looking to invest outbound and this will be her focus at Savills. She joins as an associate.
Rasheed Hassan, head of the cross border investment team at Savills, says: “Year to date, Savills has advised Asian investors on over £3 billion of acquisitions in London with key deals including The Leadenhall Building, 70 Gracechurch Street and Fleet Place House. Investors from Hong Kong and mainland China are extremely active in London’s commercial property market and they come to Savills because of the strength and depth of our relationships in China.
