Savills Boosts Residential Team

Savills has made six new appointments to its residential sales team. The appointments are spread across head office in Molesworth Street and offices in Blackrock and Clontarf.
“I am delighted to welcome these six members to the Residential team. All of them have previously worked in property sales and bring a wealth of experience to the team. It continues to be a challenging time for the residential sales market but viewings are up considerably and we have returned to a situation where there are a number of bidders on individual properties. We see this continuing and have boosted our team in order to deal with this rise in activity in the market“ says Ronan O’Driscoll, Director, Savills.
Greg Coffey has been appointed Sales Negotiator at Savills in Blackrock, Dublin where he will handle sales of secondhand residential properties on Dublin’s southside. For the past two years Greg has worked as a Negotiator with Vincent Finnegan Ltd. in Dundrum dealing with both new and secondhand property and lettings. Prior to that Greg worked with Hooke & McDonald in its New Homes division for two years.
Darragh Brady has been appointed Sales Negotiator specialising in secondhand residential houses and apartments for Savills, Blackrock. Darragh joined the Savills team in 2006 and has since gained his professional qualification from the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers. Prior to joining Savills he founded and ran his own web and graphic design agency.
David McGuinness is returning to Savills as Senior Negotiator based in the Clontarf office. David will handle second hand property sales on the northside of Dublin and previously worked with Savills managing the City Centre office on Dawson Street and returns having spent 18 months working as a sole trader specialising in residential sales in various locations for a small group of clients. David also worked with ClearSky Capital specialising in US commercial property sales.
Linda Picard has been appointed Residential Sales Negotiator at Savills Clontarf office. Linda worked in property sales with estate agents O’Farrell Cleere in Malahide.
Rita Carey rejoins Savills as Negotiator in the New Homes Department. Rita previously worked for four years in the company and has experience in the new homes, property management and offices department. She was also seconded to the AIB property department during this time. She is returning to the company after travelling extensively around the world.
Linda Forsyth has been appointed Marketing & Sales Co-ordinator for the Residential Division at Savills, based at head office on Molesworth Street. Linda previous worked with Sherry Fitzgerald as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator and with O’Farrell Cleere in Malahide on New Homes Sales and Lettings.
