Chairman and Director of Retail
Larry joined Hamilton Osborne King in June 1990. Larry was promoted to Associate Director in April 1996 and then appointed to the Board of Directors in 1998. In January 2010 Larry was appointed Chairman.
Larry has been one of the driving forces behind the growth of Savills and of course in particular the retail department, working on all major projects for the firm. As head of the Retail division Larry is central to all aspects of retail agency, marketing and development. He also offers his clients advice on acquisitions and disposals and consults with his team on all aspects of the division’s business. In his role as Chairman Larry is responsible for business development and the promotion of the Savills brand and what it represents. Larry is a Fellow of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute, an Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, an Associate of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of the British Council of Shopping Centres.
Managing Director – Savills Commercial (Ireland) limited
Angus joined Hamilton Osborne King in February 1998 heading up the Property Management department. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in October 2000 and appointed Managing Director of Savills Commercial (Ireland) Ltd in October 2007.
Prior to taking up the Managing Director role Angus was responsible for all functions within the Property Management department including the management of many high profile properties on behalf of well known clients.
Prior to joining Savills Angus acted as Asset Manager for a variety of UK property companies including Peel Holdings and Stockbourne Plc . Angus has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Greenwich, a Diploma in Property Management from Bolton Street College of Technology and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, an Associate of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of the Irish Property and Facilities Managers Association.
Finance Director and Company Secretary
Damien joined Savills as Group Financial Controller in 2001, was promoted to Associate Director in 2003. In July 2009 was appointed as company secretary. In March 2011 Damien was promoted to the board as Finance Director.
Director of Belfast Office
Joined Savills in January 2005 as Retail Associate based in the Belfast Office and was promoted to Director in March 2007. Anne-Marie had previously been an Associate with Osborne King. Anne-Marie has 12 years experience in the Northern Ireland property market, with the primary focus being in Shopping Centre Development, Letting and Asset Management.
Anne-Marie has had a key role in a number of key development projects including Victoria Square Belfast, The Quays Newry and Lisburn Square, as well as existing schemes including Rushmere Craigavon, Castlecourt Belfast and Fairhill Ballymena.
Anne-Marie has also had an involvement in the agency asset management for a number of the retail schemes, including The Quays and Rushmere, and has acted for a number of retailers in securing representation including Monsoon, Arcadia, Jack and Jones and O’Brien’s.

Director of Cork Residential
Joined Savills in November 1998, appointed Associate in 2003 and Director in March 2007. She heads up the Residential Department in Savills Cork overseeing the sales of Country Homes, Secondhand Homes, New Homes and Lettings in Cork City, County and the wider Munster region. Catherine has been involved in the planning, design and sales of many prominent residential schemes over the last number of years.

David has considerable shopping experience and has been involved over the course of his career in most of the major shopping centres including Liffey Valley, Dundrum, Blanchardstown, Ilac, The Square and Jervis Shopping Centres.
David now concentrates on the Retail and Office sectors and clients include Bank of Ireland, Aviva, Castlethorn, Grosvenor Estates, Parker Green, Dubray Books and Golden Discs
Director of International Investment
Domhnaill is a Director of Savills Commercial (Ireland) Ltd. Investment Team with responsibility for Ireland/UK property investment transactions and advice.
Domhnaill joined Hamilton Osborne King in 1997 and was appointed Associate Director in 2000. In 2005 Domhnaill was appointed to the Board of Directors. Domhnaill is a Chartered Surveyor and has particular experience in development and investment projects having been involved in a diverse range of retail and mixed use projects throughout Ireland and the UK.
Director of Investments
Fergus is a Director of the investment team specialising in Irish and International market advice and transactions. Fergus joined Hamilton Osborne King (now Savills) in 2005. He was formerly a partner in Palmer McCormack and has nearly 20 years experience in the investment business.
Director of Industrial
Gavin joined Savills in 1996, was appointed Associate Director in 2001 and Director in 2008. Gavin is responsible for overseeing the Savills Industrial Team and the sale, letting and acquisition of industrial land and buildings in the greater Dublin area. Gavin has worked closely with many of Ireland’s leading industrial developers, banks and institutions together with the main transport and logistics operators throughout the country.
Director of Valuation & Professional Services
Gerry joined Hamilton Osborne King in 1994 and was appointed Associate in 2000. In 2004 Gerry was appointed as Director and Joint Head of the Professional Services Department. 2006 saw the acquisition of Hamilton Osborne King by Savills.
In conjunction with Ray Hanley, Gerry has responsibility for our Valuation and Professional Services Department. The department undertakes valuations of all kinds of commercial / investment property and of commercial / residential development land the purpose of these valuations being for loan security, balance sheets, tax and other purposes. Gerry has a lead role in all major portfolio valuations undertaken by the firm and key clients include the Allied Irish Property Fund, Irish Life Investment Managers, Hibernian Aviva Irish Property Fund & F & C Ireland Ltd. Gerry is also very active in the area of office and industrial rent reviews. Prior to joining Savills Gerry worked with James Adam & Sons and prior to that Sherry Fitzgerald.
Mark Reynolds Director of Development & Consultancy
Mark joined the firm in May 1999 and in September 2005 became a Director of our Development & Consultancy Division. Mark is also one of the key nominated Asset Managers within Savills.
Mark spent 2 years in our Development division before joining our Retail Division where he worked for four years. In Retail, Mark advised clients on the design, sale, acquisition and development of retail park and shopping centre schemes, most notably Dundrum Town Centre and The Park, Carrickmines. Mark was also the Head of Retail Warehousing Division.
Mark took over our Development Division in 2005 and helped to oversee a doubling of the department’s turnover and staff numbers. In 2006 alone this department handled over €1.5 billion worth of development land sales. His insight into commercial and residential schemes from his previous agency roles helped him to unlock for his clients, the maximum development value of numerous development sites across the country. Some of Marks most notable sales include Millennium Park, Naas for €320 million and a 12-acre site in Rathborne for over €72 million. Mark also oversaw our expansion into the UK Development Land market where in 2007 he sold / acquired over €500 million in development land sales. In more recent years, Mark as part of the service provided by his Development Team has taken charge of Savills Corporate Recovery Services.
Director of Cork Commercial
Isobel joined the firm in 1989 and was appointed Director in 2005.
A Chartered surveyor Isobel works in the broad general practice of the firm, with particular emphasis in the area of professional services in Cork since 2000 having spent the previous 10 years in Dublin.
Director of Cork Commercial
Peter joined the firm in 1993 and was made a Director in 2005. He specialises in the commercial sector including masterplanning and retail development.
He specialises in the commercial sector including masterplanning and retail development. He is a Chartered Surveyor and is a member of the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute. Prior to this he was educated in Clongowes Wood College and has a BA in Economics from University College, Cork.
Director of Valuation & Professional Services
Ray joined Savills Hamilton Osborne King in 2007 as joint head of the Professional Services Department.
Prior to joining Savills Ray had been a Director of GVA Donal O'Buachalla. Ray has over 18 years experience in the Commercial Property Market and has extensive experience in the areas of valuations, rent reviews and CPO acquisitions. Ray is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an Associate of the Society of Chartered Surveyors.
Director of Offices
Roland joined Savills in 1981 and is a Director in charge of Office Agency. Roland is a Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute.
Director of Residential
Ronan joined the firm in 1988 in our New Homes Division. He became a board director in 1996 and assumed the leadership of the residential division, including New Homes, Second-Hand property sales and lettings in 2010. He is a graduate of the Marketing Institute of Ireland.
Director of Property Management
Roy was appointed Director of Savills in 2007 and is Head of Property Management for Ireland. The department spends on average €40 million per annum on services and collects over €200 million worth of rent for a variety of clients.
His strengths lie in the asset management of mixed property portfolios and he has significant experience in the establishment of management company and service charge structures for new developments. Roy holds an honours degree in Estate Management Surveying and is a qualified member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Society of Chartered Surveyors."
Director of Belfast Office
Ben joined Savills in October 2011 as Director of Investment. Prior to Savills, Ben headed up BRB TURTLE, a niche property consultancy specialising in providing sales, purchase and asset management advice to a focused client base including institutions, property companies and private investors.
Ben has 13 years experience in the commercial property market and was previously a Director in CB Richard Ellis UK Capital Markets division based in London. As an investment agent he covered the national markets in all sectors advising both institutional and private investors on strategic purchases throughout the UK.
Ben became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1999.
Director of savills Belfast
Neal joined savills as Director of Valuation and Professional Services following the joining of Myles Danker Associates Ltd. and Savills in August 2011.
Neal was elected as a Fellowof the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in September 2012.
