Larry Brennan 
Chairman and Director of Retail

Larry joined Hamilton Osborne King in June 1990.  Larry was promoted to Associate Director in April 1996 and then appointed to the Board of Directors in 1998.  In January 2010 Larry was appointed Chairman.

Angus Potterton
Managing Director – Savills Commercial (Ireland) limited

Angus joined Hamilton Osborne King in February 1998 heading up the Property Management department.  He was appointed to the Board of Directors in October 2000 and appointed Managing Director of Savills Commercial (Ireland) Ltd in October 2007.

Damien Moloney
Finance Director and Company Secretary

Damien joined Savills as Group Financial Controller in 2001, was promoted to Associate Director in 2003.  In July 2009 was appointed as company secretary.  In March 2011 Damien was promoted to the board as Finance Director.  

Anne-Marie Lonergan
Director of Belfast Office

Joined Savills in January 2005 as Retail Associate based in the Belfast Office and was promoted to Director in March 2007.  Anne-Marie had previously been an Associate with Osborne King.   Anne-Marie has 12 years experience in the Northern Ireland property market, with the primary focus being in Shopping Centre Development, Letting and Asset Management.

Catherine McAuliffe
Director of Cork Residential

Joined Savills in November 1998, appointed Associate in 2003 and Director in March 2007. She heads up the Residential Department in Savills Cork overseeing the sales of Country Homes, Secondhand Homes, New Homes and Lettings in Cork City, County and the wider Munster region.  Catherine has been involved in the planning, design and sales of many prominent residential schemes over the last number of years.

Domhnaill O’Sullivan
Director of International Investment

Domhnaill is a Director of Savills Commercial (Ireland) Ltd. Investment Team with responsibility for Ireland/UK property investment transactions and advice.

Fergus O’Farrell
Director of Investments

Fergus is a Director of the investment team specialising in Irish and International market advice and transactions. Fergus joined Hamilton Osborne King (now Savills) in 2005.  He was formerly a partner in Palmer McCormack and has nearly 20 years experience in the investment business.

Gavin Butler
Director of Industrial

Gavin joined Savills in 1996, was appointed Associate Director in 2001 and Director in 2008. Gavin is responsible for overseeing the Savills Industrial Team and the sale, letting and acquisition of industrial land and buildings in the greater Dublin area. Gavin has worked closely with many of Ireland’s leading industrial developers, banks and institutions together with the main transport and logistics operators throughout the country.

Gerry McCarthy
Director of  Valuation & Professional Services

Gerry joined Hamilton Osborne King in 1994 and was appointed Associate in 2000.  In 2004 Gerry was appointed as Director and Joint Head of the Professional Services Department.  2006 saw the acquisition of Hamilton Osborne King by Savills. 

Mark Reynolds                                                                                                                     Director of Development & Consultancy

Mark joined the firm in May 1999 and in September 2005 became a Director of our Development  & Consultancy Division.  Mark is also one of the key nominated Asset Managers within Savills.   
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Mark spent 2 years in our Development division before joining our Retail Division where he worked for four years. In Retail, Mark advised clients on the design, sale, acquisition and development of retail park and shopping centre schemes, most notably Dundrum Town Centre and The Park, Carrickmines. Mark was also the Head of Retail Warehousing Division.

Isobel O’Regan
Director of Cork Commercial

Isobel joined the firm in 1989 and was appointed Director in 2005.

Peter O’Meara
Director of Cork Commercial

Peter joined the firm in 1993 and was made a Director in 2005.   He specialises in the commercial sector including masterplanning and retail development.

Ray Hanley
Director of Valuation & Professional Services

Ray joined Savills Hamilton Osborne King in 2007 as joint head of the Professional Services Department.

Roland O’Connell
Director of Offices

Roland joined Savills in 1981 and is a Director in charge of Office Agency. Roland is a Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute.  

Ronan O'Driscoll
Director of Residential

Ronan joined the firm in 1988 in our New Homes Division.  He became a board director in 1996 and assumed the leadership of the residential division, including New Homes, Second-Hand property sales and lettings in 2010. He is a graduate of the Marketing Institute of Ireland.

Roy Deller
Director of Property Management

Roy was appointed Director of Savills in 2007 and is Head of Property Management for Ireland. The department spends on average €40 million per annum on services and collects over €200 million worth of rent for a variety of clients.  

Ben Turtle
Director of Belfast Office

Ben joined Savills in October 2011 as Director of Investment. Prior to Savills, Ben headed up BRB TURTLE, a niche property consultancy specialising in providing sales, purchase and asset management advice to a focused client base including institutions, property companies and private investors.

Ben has 13 years experience in the commercial property market and was previously a Director in CB Richard Ellis UK Capital Markets division based in London.  As an investment agent he covered the national markets in all sectors advising both institutional and private investors on strategic purchases throughout the UK.

Professional affiliations
Ben became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1999.
