There is no charge for the cost of the text message to enter however please check with your mobile operator if your package permits this as there may be restrictions (for example, if you are roaming). All SMS entrants into the promotion will receive a message via SMS to confirm that their entry has been successfully received. You will not be charged for receiving the confirmation SMS and should receive this confirmation text within 5 minutes. From time to time, this may take longer due to operator traffic which is beyond the Promoter’s control.

The promotion is open to all residents of Ireland, except Savills employees, and related companies and agencies (and their immediate families) or any other person professionally connected with this promotion. Only one entry per person is permitted; any additional entries will be void. Instructions on ‘how to enter’ form part of these conditions. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted and understood these terms and conditions and be bound by them. Entries which are late, incomplete, misspelt, or incomprehensible are void and will not be entered into this promotion.

This promotion will start on Thursday 2nd June 2016.

The closing date for this promotion will be 1pm on Tuesday 7th June 2016.

The prize consists of:

• A consultation with leading garden designer Andrew Christopher Dunne (subject to availability and arrangement at a convenient time); and
• Garden plants to the value of €2,000 from The Savills Garden at Bloom 2016.

There is no cash or other prize alternatives available. The promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal value. The Prize is non-transferable (in whole or in part) and excludes any additional costs and expenses.

1 winner will be selected.  There is 1 draw for all entries received during the promotional period which will take place on Friday 10th June 2016.  The draw will be independently supervised and the winner will be the first entrant randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you may be required to participate in reasonable publicity if you are selected as a winner.

The winner will be notified on the day of the draw.

In the event that the Promoter cannot contact any winner after taking reasonable steps to do so or the winner is not eligible to accept the prize or fails to accept the prize within 72 hours of being contacted by the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion to award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.  

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts. 

The promoter shall not be liable for any failure to stage the competition on the date provided in these terms and conditions as a result of circumstances outside the promoter’s control including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, riots, explosion, abnormal weather conditions, fire, flood, Government action, strikes, lockouts, delay by third parties, accidents and shortages of materials, labour or facilities. 

No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
