Residential Asset Manager - Dublin

We are currently recruiting for a Residential Asset Management Surveyor to work in our Dublin office within our Residential Asset Management Division. This role has the key objectives of working with our key receiver clients and providing strategic advice and solutions on the residential asset platform. Reporting to the Residential Asset Management Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for meeting receivers, analysing assets, identifying key problems and preparing solutions for rental or disposal. He/she will also prepare reports and recommendations on the sales strategy for assets and liaising with local agents nationwide.
