The site is located in a prime position off the Main Street in Newbridge and extends to 2.47 ha (6.1 acres). It is proposed to develop a new office building of 7,000 sq.m. to accommodate approximately 350 staff.
The Brief
Savills has been retained as the project team leader by Bord na Móna who intend to develop a new group headquarters. As part of this role Savills will provide a property advisory/project management service in the delivery of a state of the art sustainable office headquarters for Bord Na Móna in Newbridge.

Bord Na Móna is Ireland's leading environmentally responsible integrated utility service provider. Bord Na Móna is a commercial semi state company employing over 2,000 people across the country and internationally. In the past year its turnover grew to over €400 million.
