The Brief
To provide long-term strategic development advice on the entire property portfolio to include the development of master plans, sales, lettings, investments, rent reviews, management, design and layouts.

How We Added Value
Our long-term development advice culminated in a detailed master plan for the lands. This plan provided an in-depth overview of the entire portfolio and enabled Savills to negotiate various lettings and site sales over a 10 year period and ultimately resulted in the sale of the entire portfolio off market on behalf of the clients, securing a record price in excess of €300 million.
