Our Solution
Advised client and their advisors on the optimum use, size, mix and design of potential development for the lands through a series of detailed reports. This led to the procurement of a feasibility study from a firm of reputable architects, which highlighted the optimum residential development potential for the site. Once completed, Savills began a marketing programme that resulted in the disposal of the site.

We successfully negotiated the sale of the lands on behalf of our client for a price in excess of €70 million.
