Resource Property Investment Fund PLC

Savills advised Ion Equity/Topaz on the property aspects in the creation of a Qualified Investment Fund (QIF) with a value of approx. €270,000,000. The creation of the QIF followed Savills involvement in advising on the acquisition of the Irish Shell and Statoil Ireland portfolios.

Our Solution

Each site was assessed individually to establish the best suited end use demand.

How We Added Value

Savills not only managed the acquisition and disposal of various assets within the portfolios but also assisted in planning matters and the ongoing acquisition of alternative new sites for the Topaz network. This resulted in the disposal of assets with a value over €100,000,000 and Savills being retained as the property advisors for both Ion Equity and Topaz Energy Limited.
