We identified a number of properties both on and off market. Through our network of contacts, we were aware that the Wyeth Pharmaceuticals property at M50 Business Park was likely to be coming to the market for sale. We made an early approach to the vendors before the property was placed on the market, agreed an off-market and acquired the facility in a deal without any glitches.
