With no marketing budget, our team had to source interest from our database of enquiries. A major retail occupier was identified as a possible sub-tenant / assignee by Savills and negotiations eventually led to a surrender of our client’s lease whilst the landlord agreed a sale with the retailer.
How we added value
In a little over twelve months of receiving the instruction, our client has no further liability to the landlord and has significantly reduced its overall cost base.
