A portfolio of seven properties located throughout Ireland with a total value exceeding €30 million. Each property was leased back to bank of Ireland on a 25-year lease from 2006.

We sourced the portfolio off market for the client meaning they did not have to compete with other investors. By committing an experienced team to the instruction with the resources to handle a multiple property portfolio we carried out detailed due diligence quickly and efficiently to allow the client perform to a tight timescale.
