Savills was engaged by the client to act on their behalf in disposing of a 35% interest in the scheme by way of forward funding.

Our Solution
We provided advice to the client on the value on the property and structure of the trasanction. As the client wanted the transaction to occur off-market, we sourced the purchaser for the transaction.
How we added value
We negotiated the terms of the sale and negotiated detailed agreement on our clients behalf. We also sourced the purchaser for this “off-market” sale. We liased with the legal team and the purchaser’s advisors throughout the negotiations to help deliver the deal in a short time period.
