With regard to their office acquisition Savills compiled a comprehensive search of all suitable available options in their target areas in the City Centre. Following inspections we assisted Hutchinson 3G with narrowing down to a shortlist of the best options. We sought terms on their behalf on a number of properties and negotiated a highly competitive letting for them in their preferred option.
