The Park, Carrickmines, Dublin 18.
A mixed-use development scheme consisting of two Retail Parks with underground carparking, Shopping Mall and Offices. The scheme was built on a phased basis since 2005 and embodies modern urban planning, cutting edge architectural design with a high quality specification. The development is prominently located beside Junction 15 on the M50 and is easily accessed by private/public transport, which was further enhanced with the opening of the LUAS in October 2010.
The Brief
Savills was engaged to manage the different elements within the ‘Estate’ as they were built during 2005-2010. This involved the preparation of a new service charge structure and budget for the different phases with services being tailored accordingly.

Our Solution
The ongoing monitoring and regulation of our contractors is key to managing and retaining the required level of service delivery for The Park. In order to reduce void liability, we are actively committed to reviewing / reducing cost where possible and without detriment to the high quality service being provided.
How We Added Value
By actively monitoring and reviewing services on site and through the retendering of contracts, we have significantly reduced the service charge costs over the last four years.
