The property is not fully let and the challenge therefore is to ensure the property is maintained to a suitably high standard while minimising void maintenance costs. The 4th and 5th floors have recently been let to The Embassy of Kuwait and Oasis Global Consulting which is significant progress for the building and will hopefully increase the profile of the building and let the remaining floors.
To help achieve this Savills must ensure the service charges remain economical to attract potential tenants and maintain the high standards that our client has instilled in One Grand Parade.
How We Added Value
By only engaging contractors as and when required, costs have been kept to a minimum. Weekly inspections of the property highlight any maintenance requirements. A Planned preventative programme is now in place for all services, a team of contractors have been procured to provide immediate response services to the property.
