Our Solution
This property was rented out so our client wanted to maintain the rental income while we tried to sell it. As with any tenants we agreed some viewing days and times in advance to avoid issues later on and this worked out really well for all concerned. Once the property was measured and photographed we contacted our active list of first time buyers, downsizers and residential investors in order to let them know that we had a new property starting that matched their criteria. This coupled with extensive web advertising resulted in strong viewings and a sale being agreed within a short time frame.
