Designing and Implementing a retail acquisition strategy for the Bestseller Retail group, with the Goal of securing 35 new retail stores over a 24 month period
Our brief was to design an efficient retail acquisition strategy for the Bestseller Retail Group. The Group brands contain Jack & Jones, Only, Vila, Name it and Vero Moda, who all required an increased market presence while securing excellent commercial terms.

We set out a streamlined approach to ensure immediate results. This involved detailed research into store opportunities available and negotiating our agreed target terms for each transaction. We ensured that the terms achieved were extremely attractive and fulfilled all of Bestseller’s retail goals.
How We Added Vaule
We added value to the project with our knowledge of the retail opportunities available both on and off the market. Through this knowledge we were able to secure 16 units within the first 12 months of this instruction. We are now instructed to secure an additional 25 stores this year which is proceeding as planned.
