Rushmere is located in Craigavon which is the second largest district in the Province. The 350,000 sq.ft shopping centre and 120,000 sq.ft retail park is anchored by Debenhams, Sainsburys, TK Maxx and Dunnes.
The Brief
Savills are appointed as the sole retail agents at Rushmere. Our main brief has been to successfully let the scheme, to improve and maintain the rental tone and to manage the asset, thus improving the investment value of the scheme.

Savills liaise very closely with Rushmere’s Centre Management Team, Rent Review advisor and PR/Marketing Company.
How We Added Value
Savills have actively asset managed Rushmere through improving the tenant mix within the scheme along with increasing the rental levels and investment value. The current Zone A rent is £100 and the scheme is fully let. When appointed in 2005 the Zone A was £80. We also played a key role in the appointment of a PR/Event Management Company at Rushmere illustrating the level of involvement Savills leasing team has at Rushmere. We are currently involved in putting together tenant plans and carrying out appraisals for the Eastern Extension.
