Savills has been instructed by the Landlord from a pre-opening stage. The key focus is to successfully let the scheme, to improve and maintain the rental tone and to manage the asset, thus improving the investment value of the scheme.

Savills has successfully increased rental Zone A’s by 100% since the opening date and the current Zone A rent is now set at £100. The scheme is fully let. Savills continually asset manage The Quays to ensure the best retailers gain representation within the scheme. Many of the main retailers are now represented in the scheme such as Sainburys, Debenhams, River Island and Next, but good quality local operators also have a presence such as Olive and Clockwork Orange. Savills knowledge of the market and awareness of retailer’s requirements has meant they can continually fulfil their original objectives as set out in the brief.
