Major brands race for space at Aviva’s new retail park in Hemel Hempstead

Aviva Investors, working in partnership with Trilogy Developments and represented by Savills, has secured pre-lets with three national retail brands for the first phase of Maylands Gateway Retail Park in Hemel Hempstead.  The deals will see Aldi, Costa Coffee and McDonald’s become the first of 12 occupiers at the new 134,584 sq ft (12,503 sq m) scheme, for which detailed planning consent has recently been secured.
