Savills has been instructed by receiver Grant Thornton to sell the 145-room Cork International Airport Hotel.

Swedish state-owned property development company Vasallen, advised by Savills, has sold a 11,789 sq m retail property in Trossvägen 8-20, Falun, Sweden to private investor NP3 Fastigheter AB.

Savills has sold The Alliance residential investment property in Dublin on behalf of receiver, Paul McCann of Grant Thornton who acted as Ulster Bank’s appointed receiver, for €40 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 6.25%.
