Join our growing New Homes team as a Junior Sales Advisor

The Role


We are seeking to recruit a Junior Sales Advisor to support our New Homes team who are currently managing a significant volume of sales across multiple sites predominantly in Dublin but also in the general Leinster area where our expertise and experience is unmatched. Reporting to our Head of Operations, the successful candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities which include supporting our sales negotiators with the marketing and sale of new homes and apartment developments.

The Person:

Our ideal candidate will be highly organised with an ability to multi-task. They should be competent and innovative, with proven experience within the property industry. Ideally they will possess a Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) license and full driver’s license.

Role Description


  • Providing support to the New Homes Sales Team including chasing contracts, liaising with purchasers and solicitors, and carrying out viewings on their behalf
  • Assisting with the management of the entire sales process from preparing marketing plans to carrying out viewings at various developments
  • Running weekly reports and liaising with clients to ensure their reporting requirements are met
  • Strong sales ability in order to proactively generate new profitable business from both existing clients and potential new clients
  • Liaising with the marketing team and external designers in order to assist with the departments business development requirements
  • Maintaining a sales and comparables database with the most up to date information on current market property in order to assist with development pricing
  • Assisting with the reviewing of overall site and floor plans and giving constructive advice to clients with regard to design, layout and price

  • Expert negotiating skills to manage both new and existing client relationships in a professional manner while managing client expectations 
  • Ability to work effectively on your own initiative, be target-driven and motivated by success  Results focused with a methodical, organised approach to daily, weekly, & monthly time management and workload requirements 
  • Ability to adapt to a changing and progressive organisation 
  • Capable of listening, analysing and understanding customer requirements 
  • Well presented with excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) 
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
