Based in Dublin, the Regional Director manages the Dublin re-sales network with branches in Blackrock, Clontarf and Dublin City Centre in addition to our nationwide Country Homes, Farms & Estates.

Key responsibilities

 

As a strong fee earner and business winner in your own right, you will take a proactive role in the management/business development within the individual branches as required along with driving fee income.

  • Following consideration of market threats and opportunities, develop sales strategies and activities to meet and/or exceed revenue goals of branches within your remit. Align performance to create results through a team of people by setting clear expectations, assessing performance and providing developmental opportunities, timely feedback, coaching and recognition to improve performance results.
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers at multiple levels to gather essential sales intelligence, cross selling opportunities with an overall goal of increasing revenues up-to and beyond budget.
  • Engage the teams in weekly meetings to review performance, educate on new techniques/metrics, communicate company and team initiatives and ensure that the level of energy within the team is consistent.
  • Work with marketing teams to create an effective marketing strategy focused on key/target market segments to include new initiatives for lead generation.
  • Communicate and live the vision ensuring all staff fully understand that everything is geared towards achieving it. Improve margins via the introduction of operational efficiencies and effective cost management.
  • Manage corporate financial expenditure for your Business Unit, budgets, forecasting and all reporting, working closely with the Finance Director ensuring compliance with Savills procedures, risk management and guidelines.
  • Retain and develop top talent by leveraging strengths of team members by motivating, empowering and supporting each direct report as a group and individually through effective communication, motivation, recognition plans and developing personalised development strategies
