Savills New Homes division bolsters its line-up

Savills has further expanded its new homes division with the addition of four new recruits, including a dedicated new homes marketing manager, architectural graduate, and two sales advisors.

Savills has further expanded its new homes division with the addition of four new recruits, including a dedicated new homes marketing manager, architectural graduate, and two sales advisors.

Commenting on the appointments, David Browne, Director of New Homes at Savills Ireland, commented:

“There is a lot more to the new homes market than just sales, and we’re in a position where we can provide clients with advice from conception right through to completion. We have a strong team with backgrounds in architecture, planning, construction, interior design, marketing and, of course, sales. The addition of Kate O’Donoghue, Anna Potterton, Sophie Hansom, and Kate O’Sullivan to the team, further strengthens our service offering in this space.”

Kate O’Donoghue is a marketing specialist with over 7 years’ experience. Her expertise is in developing and implementing innovative marketing initiatives that drive business growth. Before joining Savills, Kate held senior marketing positions with Paddy Power and Arnotts Department Store.

Anna Potterton recently graduated from University College Dublin with a BSc in Architecture before commencing the MSc Real Estate in TUD (formerly DIT) this month. Anna brings specific knowledge about the design and construction process to the team and previously worked with Coonan Properties, assisting the new homes team.

Sophie Hansom recently joined Savills to support the busy sales team having achieved a Masters in Marketing Practice from UCD Michael Smurfit Business School, where she worked on multiple commercial projects for some of Irelands top companies. Sophie gained sales and marketing experience in the new homes sector having previously worked for Sherry FitzGerald Cork.

Kate O’Sullivan joins from Savills re-sales business where she worked on the sale of various high-end properties throughout Dublin.
