Following a £2m refurbishment, Cityside Retail Park located in Belfast city, has grown to become Northern Ireland’s leading retail and leisure parks. Its bespoke leisure offering ‘CITYSIDE EXCITE’ first launched in 2016, and since then has brought the best in innovative leisure experiences to the region. Cityside now offers a total entertainment package including Axe throwing, VR and, Adventure golf to complement its existing 14-screen, multiplex cinema, health club, bingo club and kids soft play area. The cinema also recently underwent a £2m refurbishment and now offers a VIP seating experience.
Located approximately 500 metres north of Belfast city centre, Cityside comprises a gross floor area of approximately 365,000 sq. ft of which approximately 150,000 sq. ft is retail warehouse space.

Movie House has continued to invest in Cityside and is in the process of completing a £2m investment in VIP seating, new concessions and washrooms.

Alongside its leisure offering, Cityside is also an established retail destination with tenants that include ASDA Living, Sports Direct, New Look, Home Bargains, Poundland, Peacocks, B&M Bargains, and Tesco.
The scheme also benefits from 1,100 free car park spaces on site.
The successful retail and leisure park lies adjacent to the site of the new University of Ulster campus, work on which is ongoing with completion anticipated in early 2021.
