Our residential lettings divisions based in Dublin and Cork provide specialist lettings advice on all aspects of residential property. The stock of rental property in Ireland has improved in recent years with an exponential growth in the construction of new projects. Much of this product was purchased by investors and in the current economic climate; developers are renting many properties as an alternative to sale. We particularly specialise in the marketing, letting and management of large blocks of residential property, particularly in recently completed projects. Our clients include one-off investors, developers, receivers and banks.
