What is SavIQ
SavIQ is Savills unique in-house developed flexible sustainability reporting, monitoring, and benchmarking tool, allowing users to monitor, measure and improve a property’s electricity, water and gas consumption as well as waste streams and building certifications. Building Management systems can also be linked to the platform over laying operational set points with real time utility consumption, turning data into action.
In addition to identifying opportunities for cost reduction, clients can also utilise the data in SavIQ to drive the achievement of their sustainability targets.
SavIQ is integrated with the GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) platform, allowing the easy transfer of data for annual GRESB reporting.
What is GRESB and why is it important?
GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) is the global standard for measuring sustainability performance in commercial properties.
GRESB assesses the sustainability performance of a building on an annual basis, providing members with a GRESB score which can be benchmarked against other commercial properties.
The higher the score, the more sustainable the building is.
High GRESB scores can increase the value of a property portfolio.
