Based in Penrose House, Cork City, David is a sales negotiator in the Cork Residential Department.
David began in the property industry in 2017 and commenced the Auctioneering and Property Services Apprenticeship through the Cork College of Commerce in 2018, graduating in 2020 with a Distinction. During this time, he was working with a national agency and continued there before joining Savills in July 2025.
In his current role, David specialises in the sale, marketing and valuation of all types of residential properties ranging from city centre apartments to country estates and coastal residences across Cork city and county.
