Lawrence joined Savills in 2014 and is an associate director in the Cork Residential team, specialising in residential sales and valuations across Cork and Munster.
Lawrence began his career in property over 28 years ago and joined Savills Cork in 2014. His experience spans residential sales and valuations, new homes, property management, lettings and acquisitions in Ireland and continental Europe.
As an Associate Director in Savills Cork Residential team, Lawrence advises clients across the residential market throughout Munster. He has extensive experience in the sale and valuation of residential property, including some of the region’s most high-profile homes and estates. He also works with Irish and international purchasers, supported by Savills’ wider network, and brings strong negotiation skills and market knowledge to every instruction.
Outside of work, Lawrence enjoys playing music, podcasts, history, politics, science, science fiction, hill walking and reading.
