Kate began her career in residential property in 2015 and joined Savills in 2021. Since then, she has played a key role in the continued growth of the Cork new homes team, bringing extensive experience across residential sales, development projects and client advisory services.

As an Associate Director within the residential and new homes team, Kate oversees the sales and marketing of new homes developments throughout Cork. She works closely with developers from the earliest stages of a project, providing strategic advice on product positioning, pricing, launch strategy and sales delivery. Kate has been involved in the sale of more than 2,500 new homes, spanning first-time buyer developments, premium residential schemes, build-to-sell apartments and affordable housing projects delivered in partnership with local authorities.

A Cork native, Kate enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring the coastline and supporting local businesses. Her strong knowledge of the Cork residential market and long-standing relationships across the industry enable her to provide clients with informed, practical advice throughout every stage of the development process.
