Niall joined Savills in 2000. He is responsible for all aspects of commercial property including tenant representation, acquisitions, disposals, master planning and consultancy. He prides himself on delivering results in an efficient and timely fashion.
Niall advises clients in occupier market representation and office leasing advisory services, working in multiple locations, with Arup, Investec, Tyco, WM Ware, ESBI, Blue Point Pharmaceuticals and Eli Lilly. By providing his clients with best in class advice and real time market intelligence, Niall is recognised as one of the main agents in the Munster market.
