Following that, Cianan joined the country agency team where he honed his skills in the sale and purchase of rural properties in Ireland. In this regard, he has developed a keen interest in and sold many high profile estates, waterfront properties as well as numberous large agricultural and commercial tracts of land.
Cianan advises clients on the sale and purchase of country houses, waterfront properties and estates throughout Ireland.
Cianan started his property career in 2005 and worked for property agencies in Drogheda, Dublin and Dubai. Cianan joined Savills in 2013 where he worked in the Development Land department allowing him to develop a broad knowledge of the residential and commercial property markets in all four provinces.
