Based in Penrose Dock, Cork City, Karl is an associate director in the Cork Residential Department.
Karl joined Savills Cork in 2018 and has played a central role in the continued growth and strengthening of the residential business across the city and its surrounding commuter markets. In 2025, he was promoted to Associate Director, reflecting his leadership within the Cork office and his contribution to Savills’ wider Irish residential strategy.
In his role, Karl oversees a broad mix of city, suburban and country homes, with particular expertise in the core residential market, premium family houses, new‑build schemes and high‑value private treaty sales. He has been directly involved in many of the strongest residential results achieved in Cork in recent years, advising clients across the county.
